Four days of feasting,sharing,relaxing and entertaining.

Easter long weekend is sneaking up, quickly, lighting speed infact. We have been menu planning and running the usual questions,Poached salmon or tuna sashimi? Indoor formal or outdoor casual dining? Gin, champagne or rum cocktails? Then of course theres the no brainers, obscene amounts of easter buns, chocolate as if it were never coming back and the endless cheese plates because, well just because its a four day weekend and thats a reason in itself to celebrate.
Usually victorian weather lets us have once last turn of warm days at easter time, so were running with the warm weather option for dining for now. And this is our current mood:
